Payment Terms: PAYMENT DUE 16 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE.

Any claims arising from invoices or discrepancies must be made within 30 days from date of invoice. Otherwise, invoice is valid and due in full. Past due invoices are subject to late fees. ResourceMFG is hereby authorized to inquire and receive any and all information about your banking relationships. Client agrees that venue for any suit arising out of this agreement shall be, in addition to any place allowed by law, Dallas County, TX. Should it be necessary for us to employ an attomey to remedy a breach of this agreement or to collect any amount due, Client agrees to pay our reasonable attomey's fees, costs and expenses. A photocopy, electronic or facsimile copy of this completed form is admissible to prove existence of the original. The undersigned, being an authorized company representative of the aforesaid business, individually, jointly and severally quarantees the payment of any and all future obligations of the said business which may owe Resource MFG, its affiliates and subsidiaries hereafter collectively referred to as "ResourceMFG upon demand including reasonable attomey's fees and all costs and other expenses incurred by ResourceMFG in collecting an indebtedness of the aforesaid business. This is a continuing quarantee and may be revoked only in writing by delivery to ResourceMFG at 222 W Las Colinas Blvd, Suite 250E (Attention VP of Business Services), Irving, TX 75039, via certified mail, but such revocation will be effective only as to transactions entered into after ResourceMFG receipt of the notice of revocation.
